The newly built hotel complex is situated in the very centre of the town Liberec. The Liberec Zoo and Botanical gardens are about 3 km far.

The complex includes hotel, large aquapark with several spiral chutes and other attractions, shoppind and entertainment facilities, several restaurants, snack bar, wine-bar, cafe, brasserie and disco. Hotel is connected with all parts of the complex by lift.
