LocationApartments TATRAN is easy to find from the main road E77 Banska Bystrica - Ruzomberok. It"s located close to lower station of cable-car to Nova hoža (about 190m) and we offer year-round accommodation for more demanding clients which prefer their apartment with own kitchen rather then the standard hotel room.
Description
The closest grocery is at the centre of Donovaly (Donly centre), where you can find also self-service canteen. Hypermarket TESCO - Banska Bystrica, Hypermarket HYPERNOVA - Ruzomberok. In the apartment house TATRAN there is a restaurant "U Siveho vlka" available for the guests.
11 km of ski slopes with various difficultness. 15 ski-lifts and 1 cable car. Beginners can use services of the ski school Patty ski located next to the apartment house Aplend Donovaly - Kamzik. Less experienced skiers will enjoy skiing on the ski slopes Zahradiste, the more experienced ones can conquer Nova hoža with its red and black ski slopes. Freeride lovers can try the old ski trail from Nova hoža to Donovaly and other terrains. On the ski slope Zahradiste there is also built a fun park for snowboarders and acrobatic skiers. Cross-country skiing lovers can make tours to Sachticky, Krizna, Hiadežske sedlo and to other places of the Low Tatras National Park.
Even in winter you can use the services of the thermal pools in Besenova with water temperature of 36 to 40°C or the swimming pool in Banska Bystrica.
Telemix Nova Hoža - Take a lift to Nova Hoža also in summer and enjoy the views of the Low Tatras and Big Fatra, or facilitate the start of the trip. Admire the daring paragliders, or join them to see the world from a bird's perspective. Bobsleigh - 900 m of a unique adventure, 72 m elevation, 7 jumps, 11 sharp bends, speed up to 45 km/h. Rope centre - a 500-meter-long obstacle track at the height of 2 meters or more above the ground. 6 circuits and 2 separate rope slips. Climbing wall - a 14 m high wall, the highest in Slovakia, with the possibility of a training with an instructor.

Lodging Apartments TATRAN
Apartment - 5-6-bed apartment (floor area 53 m2).
Apartment includes 2 rooms. Residential kitchen and separate bedroom. Kitchen includes a kitchen unit fully equipped (electric double boiling ring, refrigerator, kettle, microwave), a double bed and a sofa bed easy to unfold and a TV set. Bedroom with double bed.
All apartments include large halls with cupboard, large balconies, and basement includes a separate room to store skis, bikes and other sports equipment.
Studio - 2-4-bed studio (floor area 33 m2).
Accommodation in studios is suitable for 2-4-person families. Studio includes one room with 2 beds + 2 extra beds, kitchenette (electric double boiling ring, refrigerator, kettle, microwave), toilet, bathroom with shower cabin.
All studios include large halls with cupboard, large balconies, and basement includes a separate room to store skis, bikes and other sports equipment.
