Location
Vodar Apartments are situated in a new apartment house in a quiet part of Novy Smokovec, directly at the foot of the southern slope of the peak Slavkovsky stit, at the altitude of 1040 m above sea level.
The apartments are 1 km away from the centre of Stary Smokovec (an administrative centre of the High Tatras). At a distance of 500 m there is a stop of the Tatra electric railway that connects the surrounding Tatra villages (Strbske Pleso, Stary Smokovec, Tatranska Lomnica, ...) with Poprad (a city referred to as the “gateway to the High Tatras”).

Within the distance of 30 km you can find bicycles, skis, swimming, horseback riding, museums, galleries, tennis, cinemas, ice rink, paragliding, rafting in Pieniny and undoubtedly the biggest attraction is the proximity of hiking trails that are offered by High Tatras and in Poprad the most environmentally friendly waterpark AQUACITY located 4 km from Poprad.
Summer tourism: - hiking trails and mountain trails - Stary Smokovec 7 km, Hrebienok 8 km, Tatranska Lomnica 14 km, Strbske Pleso 18 km, a cablecar trip to the peak Lomnicky stit (2,634 meters) offers one of the most beautiful views in the world - walking - for nature lovers, there are great forests and lakes, not to mention the rich cultural history, many monuments and historically important sites - cycling - routes passing through the village lead to the High Tatras trails. Lomnicky Golf Club, which is located just a few minutes away, offers an 18-hole golf course with one of the most remarkable perspectives in the world.
Winter tourism: - skiing - Stary Smokovec 7 km, Hrebienok 8 km, Jamy -Tatranska Lomnica 11 km, Lopusna dolina 15 km, Strbske Pleso 18 km, Zdiar 30 km. Skating on the ice stadium in Poprad - 3 km. If you are looking for relaxation or entertainment, the sun or snow, do not hesitate and order for your clients or even for yourself your holiday in the lap of beautiful nature.

Each apartment is equipped with its own electronic security system.
On the ground floor of the apartment house there is a training room for 16 persons with a separate kitchen and ski storage for skis and other sports equipment. In front of the apartment house there is a large sunny terrace with a separate sitting area and a possibility to barbecue, where you can peacefully enjoy the fresh air and the mysterious magic of Tatra nature. At the distance of 200 m from the apartments there is a ski resort Jakubkova luka (Jacob’s Meadow) that offers its visitors ski runs with artificial snow for not very demanding skiers.
There are several good restaurants, cafes and bars located near the apartments.

Apartment for 5 persons max (floor area 48 m2).
Apartments include an entrance hall, a bathroom with a bath, a bedroom with double bed and a living room. The living room includes a sofa set, an LCD set, kitchen furniture and a kitchenette fully equipped (electric cooker, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, complete cookware and cutlery). The sofa can be unfolded to get a comfortable bed for 2 persons. If necessary it is possible to include an extra ed or a cot in the living room.
