Information - Cottage DREVENICKA
LocationCottage DREVENICKA is located in the middle of a distinctive village Liptovska Teplicka spanning in the Low Tatras National Park, directly on the northern slopes of Kražova hoža. Kražova hoža is the highest peak and a domination of the eastern part of the Low Tatras. The centre of the village is at the altitude of 920 meters above sea level. In 2007, Liptovska Teplicka was declared the "Village of the Year 2007".
Description
The original main construction of the wooden building was built in 1862. In the early 2008, a complete reconstruction of the entire building began. The reconstruction was completed in summer 2009, and in addition to the main wooden house also the rear economic part and the whole attic were reconstructed, resulting in creation of 3 apartments in the wooden house, with separate entrances and a sauna area with a total floor area of 250 m2. In the courtyard of the wooden house there was built a large wooden gazebo with the possibility to barbecue or grill and a playground with a slide and a sandbox. The environment and equipment of the wooden house is suitable for stays of families with children.
The wooden house provides ideal opportunities to plan how to escape from everyday worries, draw new energy in the environment soaked with history, with preserved traditions, where time runs somehow slower, while ensuring an interesting comfort of accommodation.
A distinctive village of Liptovska Teplicka is located in the foothills of the Low Tatras on the northern slopes of Kražova hoža of 1,948 meters above sea level, the highest peak east of the Low Tatras.
There is an ideal place to relax in any season. You can spend a pleasant holiday in a beautiful environment with clean air and good weather conditions that relieve the respiratory system affection.
Parking is right in front of the building, free of charge, unguarded.

Stairway leads directly from the living room upstairs to another room.
Upstairs: bedroom with two permanent beds and balcony.

Ground floor:kitchen with tiled stove, seating for appx. 6 persons and kitchen unit with essential equipment (fridge, induction cooker, electric kettle, essential accessories). Stairway leads directly from kitchen upstairs. Private bathroom (WC, shower).
Upstairs: 1 x room with double bed, + extra bed available, living room with one permanent bed, folding sofa (2 additional beds available), CTV+SAT, radio with CD player. Entrance to the living room is directly from kitchen by open stairway from the ground floor.
Apartment type C - Apartment for max. 6 persons.
Ground floor:Hall. The stairway leads directly from the hall upstairs. Private bathroom (WC, shower).
Upstairs:Living room with single bed, folding corner sofa (2 extra beds available), CTV+SAT, radio with CD player, seating in kitchen for 6 persons, kitchen unit with essential equipment (fridge, induction cooker, electric kettle, essential accessories). Entrance to the living room is directly from entrance hall by open stairway from the ground floor. Large balcony with view on Kražova hoža mountains. Three beds bedroom.
