LocationAt the foothills of the smallest and the most beautiful mountains in the world - the High Tatras - in the village of Veľky Slavkov under the well-known Peak Slavkovsky stit, you can find the recreational complex Aplend, located only 2 km away from Poprad and 7 km away from Stary Smokovec. The complex offers spectacular peace and relax but its location makes it suitable also for a wide range of sporting activities for an active type of vacation. Near the area (about 150 m away) there is a bus stop for buses heading to the High Tatras and to Poprad and about 900 m away there is a railway station from which you will get to Poprad, Stary Smokovec and Strbske Pleso. The attractiveness of the environment is limitless, given the proximity of many tourist attractions.
Description
In the cottages there is a kitchen where you can prepare simple meals. There is a possibility to order breakfast, half board or full board. Meals are provided in the restaurant, which is located in the accommodation resort APLEND. The Salas restaurant offers Slovak specialties, including meals of the European eating style in an attractive environment of a typical Slovak room, a hunting lounge with a fireplace and a summer terrace. For the smallest ones, there is an indoor and an outdoor children's corner.
In the complex you will find children's climbing frames and slides. For our clients, we also have prepared furniture for sitting at the outdoor fireplaces in covered gazebos. There is a possibility of using a football pitch, located in close proximity to the resort.
Within the distance of 30 km you can find bicycles, skis, swimming opportunities, horseback riding, museums, galleries, tennis, cinemas, ice rink, paragliding, rafting in Pieniny and undoubtedly the biggest attraction is the proximity of hiking trails that are offered by High Tatras and in Poprad the most environmentally friendly waterpark AQUACITY located 4 km away from Poprad.
Summer tourism: - hiking trails and mountain trails - Stary Smokovec 7 km, Hrebienok 8 km, Tatranska Lomnica 14 km, Strbske Pleso 18 km, a cablecar trip to the peak Lomnicky stit (2,634 meters) offers one of the most beautiful views in the world - walking - for nature lovers, there are great forests and lakes, not to mention the rich cultural history, many monuments and historically important sites - cycling - routes passing through the village lead to the High Tatras trails Lomnicky Golf Club, which is located just a few minutes away, offers an 18-hole golf course with one of the most remarkable perspectives in the world.
Winter tourism: - skiing - Stary Smokovec 7 km, Hrebienok 8 km, Jamy -Tatranska Lomnica 11 km, Lopusna dolina 15 km, Strbske Pleso 18 km, Zdiar 30 km. Skating on the ice stadium in Poprad - 3 km. If you are looking for relaxation or entertainment, the sun or snow, do not hesitate and order for your clients or even for yourself your holiday in the lap of beautiful nature.

A two-storey cottage suitable for 4-10 people. (size of the residential area 70 m2)
Bedroom: 1 x 2-bed room, 1x 4-bed room. Bedrooms are upstairs. The ground floor includes a lounge with 2 sofa beds for 4 persons, TV / SAT, kitchen with dining area, refrigerator, microwave, stove and kettle, bathroom / WC, outdoor seating in front of the cottage.
Cottage type B
A two-storey cottage suitable for 4-8 persons. (floorage size 70 m2)
In the cottage there are 6 fixed beds with a possibility of 2 extra beds. On the ground floor there is a hallway with a kitchenette (single poiling ring, fridge, microwave, kettle, basic inventory), bathroom with shower and a hall with satellite TV (sofa). Upstairs there are two separate rooms, a bigger one with 4 beds and a smaller one with 2 beds.
Each cottage has its own outdoor seating.
