GENERAL COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS1. Application
The application can be done by telephone or in writing. It is obliged after the Travel Agency confirms the booking and price. The purchaser is liable for the contract obligations of other participants filled in the application form as is for his/her own. The contract is concluded after the Travel Agency receives a filled application form.2. Payment
After the contract conclusion, we demand to pay a deposit of 10 % of the ordered services price. The customer must pay the rest of the payment 30 days before the departure.3. Services
The specifications of the ordered services in the application are obliged for the range of negotiated services. Extended services in addition to the contract are obliged after written confirmation of the provider. The Travel Agency is responsible in range of its duties for:- conscientious preparation of the tour
- careful selection and control over providers of services
- correctness of services description
- proper fulfilment of the negotiated services in range of local and territorial customs. The Travel Agency is not responsible for failures in services provided by other subjects (for example public transport, flights, culture events etc.).
4. Changes of the ordered services and prices
Differences of any of the contract articles, originated from serious reasons after its concluding, not caused and not influenced by provider, are admissible just in case that it does not essentially affect the whole tour. If it is possible, provider informs clients about the changes. Increase of prices caused by detachedly entitled and unpredictible reasons (change of taxes, fees, prices of petrol) is possible up to 21 days before the arranged beginning of the stay in the range which qualifies the price change. If the increase of the price is higher more than 5 %, the customer is allowed to cancel the contract without any charge within 10 days.In case that changes would effect substantial the negotiated services, the customer is allowed to withdraw the contract free of charge unless the stay has not been started, or to negotiate other service.
5. Cancellation of the trip by the customer
Customer is allowed to cancel the contract any time before the departure. It must be done in writing. Decisive for the definite time is delivering of the written announcement to the Travel Agency. Following cancelation fees except service charge of 15 € will be applied in case of nullification of the tour due to withdrawal, default or absence of appropriate travel documents (passport, visa, ID):accommodation in hotels, B&B, private rooms, holiday residences and apartments

We apply following cancellation fees for groups (min. 20 persons)
| more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay | 10 % of the total price, at least 50 € per group |

| 20-15 days before the beginning of the stay | 40 % of the total price, min. 25,- € per registered person |
| 14-8 days before the beginning of the stay | 60 % of the total price, min. 25,- € per registered person |
| 7 days and less before the beginning of the stay | 100 % of the total price, min. 25,- € per registered person |
6. Cancellation or denounce by the customer or Travel Agency
If the tour is not realized due to insufficient number of customers, already paid deposit is fully refunded. Additional requirements are excluded. If continuance of the tour is corrupted or aggravated as a consequence of unpredictible extraordinary conditions, for example disasters, crashes etc., the contract can be cancelled by both parties. If contract is cancelled, Travel Agency is allowed to demand proportional compensation for services already used or ordered to the end of tour.
7. Unused services
Travel Agency will not refund charge for negotiated and unused services. Exceptions are acceptable just for unpredictible conditions or services not provided in agreed form.
8. Guarantee, reclamation, relieve, obligations of customer
If negotiated service is not provided at all or not in agreed form, customer is allowed to demand compensation. Customer is obligated to inform about failures immediately to ward off contingent damages, or to help to minimize them. He/she is also obligated to report it to leader of tour or to the representative of our provider (especially in hotel) without any delay. If reclamation will not be reported without any delay, demand of compensation expires.
Demand of compensation for claimed services must be applied within 4 weeks after the end of the tour.
9. Price reduction
Customer is allowed to demand price reduction in case that announced defects in agreed services was not removed at all or was not provided in agreed quality.
10. Passport, visa, customs, currency and health instructions
The Travel Agency informs the citizens of the country, where our tour is offered, about passport, visa and health instructions eventually about their changes. We recommend to the citizens of other countries to make inquiries on appropriate consulate.
Customer himself is responsible for abidance of all rules related to the tour. Customer pays all damages, especially payment of expenses caused by disobeying of rules with exception that the damage was caused by wrong or missing information from the Travel Agency.
11. Validity of particular contract articles
Invalidity of particular contract articles does not mean invalidity of the whole contract. Invalid article must be replaced with valid one.
12. Others
All facts in the catalogue and tenders correspond to the state valid in time of printing. The Travel Agency reserves the right to change services and prices as consequence of print errors or faults. Increase of prices, arised after printing of the catalogue, allows the Travel Agency to make corresponding adjustment. Price list includes with catalogue.
13. Seat of the court
